Gas Servicing & Maintenance

Soha is seeking to enter into a single contract for the annual servicing and day to day responsive repairs (inc.provision of a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week emergency repair service and telephone call handling service) to approximately 4600 gas heating appliances and installations in homes within Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.There is a small element of work of the kind noted to solid fuel heating appliances and systems and air to watersource heat pumps (approx. 50 and 80 properties respectively) . Soha will enter into a 1 year contract which will be renewed subject to performance up to a total of 5 years.
