MINI COMPETITON FROM CONSULTANCY SERVICES FRAMEWORK

TVCA are looking to review of public owned and occupied assets, with a focus on health and local government. An initial phase of work will be focused in Hartlepool to support future public estate strategies and increase opportunity and improve public services, bringing forward proposals for a range of new projects on public-sector sites. Learning from the Hartlepool pilot will then be applied to a second phase of work across a broader geography or theme (to be determined with the Combined Authority upon completion of the pilot).
