KMCIT-105 - Healthy Ageing Tool

Provision of a digital tool to support self-care and help people to maintain their independence. A digital tool that helps people understand clearly how they are ageing, provides them with appropriate advice, offers them access to activity resources and enables them to monitor their progress. The contract will initially run for a period of 2 (two) years up to 17 November 2021, with the option to extend the contract by up to a maximum of two (2) further twelve (12) month periods. This is a call-off contract from CCS Framework G-Cloud 11, under Lot 2 - Cloud Software.
