St Cuthbert Mayne School Phase 2 Refurbishment Works

The existing two storey six Classroom Science Block is to have certain external refurbishment. 3 No. existing Classrooms are to be refurbished internally. The other 3 No. existing Classrooms have already been refurbished and do not form part of this Contract. An existing building block is a poor state of repair and is required to be demolished over the summer holiday period. Works to take place at St Cuthbert Mayne School in Torquay, Devon.
