Description
Midland Heart is committed to creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for all our tenants by maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our communal areas. This contract is a key part of our wider mission to deliver great homes and excellent landlord services, putting tenants at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking partners who will work closely with us to deliver consistent, high-quality communal cleaning services across our housing stock, ensuring that all shared spaces are maintained to standards that reflect the pride and expectations of our tenants. Partners must not only deliver core cleaning services but must do so in a way that reflects our values, respects our tenants as customers, and promotes dignity, safety, and well-being. Tenants’ feedback and lived experiences will directly inform service delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in line with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards, particularly around Tenant Involvement and Empowerment and Transparency, Influence and Accountability.
