Major Adaptations & Housing Assistance - Lot A New Build and Conversion Works and Lot B Alteration, Adaptation, Improvement and Repair.

This period is a variation to the current contract which is due to expire on 31/01/25 and was awarded on notice was 2021/S 074-190479. The variation is an extension period only and will take effect on 01/02/2025 and will expire on 1/07/2025. The contract terms and conditions to remain the same as the original contract, with the exception that (1) the term of the contract has altered and (2) the Adjustment Percentage as set out within the Contract Particulars 12.3 and 12.4 shall not be applied on the first day of the fifth year of the contract.
