Description
West Kent Housing Association is seeking long-term pest control service provider(s), for the treatment of statutory pest infestations relating to: Lot 1: insects (eg cockroaches and wasps), rodents (eg rats, squirrels, and mice) and similar pests discovered in communal areas. Lot 2: birds including pigeons. Removal of bees’ nests is specifically excluded from this procurement.

Experience of sub-contractor management where appropriate. Industry Accreditation: hold, or can commit to obtaining prior to the award of the contract, membership / accreditation of a UK professional or recognised trade body such as the National Pest Technicians Association or British Pest Control Association or equivalent. Health and safety: arrangements in place to manage health and safety effectively and control significant risks relevant to the contract (including risks from the use of contractors, where relevant). Information Assurance and Data Protection: hold, or can commit to obtaining prior to the award of the contract, a cyber security credential such as Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus or ISO 27001 – Information Security.
