This Expression of Interest and Questionnaire, issued by the East West Railway Company (EWR Co), an independent company set up by government to deliver the railway between Oxford and Cambridge, seeks to obtain market feedback and expressions of interest in relation to the procurement of a Technical Partner to support the scheme development Phase of the EWR programme.
