Description
The Supplier will collect water quality data from the Keyankerni Marine Sanctuary (KMS) in Sri Lanka. The data will be used as ground truthing data in support of plume mapping work, which is being undertaken at Cefas, for Sri Lanka. The finalised work package will be provided to the Sri Lankan government and to the people of Sri Lanka, to inform their usage of remote plume mapping for decision making. The data may also be used to inform the Marine Protected Areas (MPA) work which is currently ongoing under the OCPP in Sri Lanka. All data collected as part of this contract will be provided to Cefas for use and for potential future use by the government of Sri Lanka and associated departments.
