2 Lovetot Avenue - Disabled Adaptation

The project involves the creation of a single storey extension and internal alterations to provide additional living accommodation to the ground floor of a semi-detached property. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 10 (Housing Adaptations). Estimated 12 week project.
