Provision for Monitoring and Reporting of the Prosperity Fund

The 2015 Strategic Defence and Security Review announced a GBP 1 300 000 000 cross-government Prosperity Fund to run over the next 5 years (2016/17 to 2020/21) to promote the economic reform and development needed for growth in partner countries. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), acting as part of the Crown, invites tenders from suitably qualified providers whose purpose will be to lead on the development and implementation of the Fund's monitoring & reporting systems.
