Description
The project aims to support GoU with the development of a concept of the SME Development Strategy 2021-2025 including the specific needs of SMEs in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts; assessment of opportunities, mechanisms, and approaches for the development of regional SME support infrastructure; institutional and capacity building of the Export Promotion Office (EPO) and its further transformation into an SME support institution, and provide a set of recommendations and documents for the roll-out, A/B (split) testing, piloting and evaluating of the earlier developed (at Phase I) SME support policy measures (including those focussed on integrating and support GESI measures).
