ESPH SB Landscape Assessment and Ecological Assessment of potential development areas / sites for the Hailsham Area Action Plan (ESPH142) - AWARD

You are hereby invited to quote for the following commission: Wealden District Council is seeking to commission consultants to undertake Landscape Assessments together with extended Phase 1 Habitat Surveys of specific sites within the areas identified for growth as part of the Hailsham Area Action Plan. The purpose of this work is to inform the production of the Hailsham Area Action Plan by providing detailed information to aid the selection of development sites and to devise site specific ecological and landscape policies. Where applicable, the work will also assist in the production of Neighbourhood Plans, and provide a sound evidence base to be used in the determination of planning applications.
