Description
Ports of Jersey is currently underway with the development of an Airport Masterplan. This Masterplan includes modernising and optimising the Departures Lounge ('DL') to meet current and future passenger needs in line with our strategic business plans. To support the DL redevelopment, a concept design has been developed for the ground floor of the terminal building. \r \r Ports of Jersey programme wide objectives are: \r • Develop areas of the ground floor of the DL, unit size approximately 2000sqm \r • Ensure capacity to accommodate passenger growth \r • Modernise and replace ageing infrastructure \r • Embed sustainability into every aspect of the airport \r • Create a coherent sense of place for Jersey Airport. \r • Accessibility and inclusivity for passengers with disabilities \r \r Ports of Jersey wish to appoint a principal contractor to undertake all works associated with Phase 1 of the Jersey airport departures lounge redevelopment. The works during Phase 1 will entail enabling works to facilitate the temporary routing of passengers whilst the work for Phases 2 and 3 are undertaken.\r
