CEFAS24-125 Contract for long read sequencing on pollack samples

Background: The reference genome for pollack originated from a specimen collected from the English Channel. Cefas require a supplier to perform long read sequencing (using nanopore, pac-bio or other appropriate platform) on pollack samples collected from alternative areas of the Northeast Atlantic. This work will feed into ongoing population genomics projects by providing better resolution for regional genomic markers. Requirement: To aid with the above project, Cefas require long read sequencing and the supplieris asked to provide a cost per sample.
