The purchase of an in-situ nano-mechanical stage to be installed onto a PFIB-SEM system housed at one of UKNNL's Laboratories. This entry level stage would allow for in-situ, automatic testing of various mechanical properties, complimentary to the imaging and analysis techniques associated with the PFIB-SEM.
