Description

The Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner wishes to procure a Generic Victims Service to support all adult victims of crime, including dedicated support for victims of Hate and ASB crimes and incidents. For the purpose of the Request for Information the area to be covered is the geographical county and therefore includes the city. The current agreement is due to expire on 31st March 2026, therefore an Open Tender process will be conducted to procure the Service. The Force is assessing the available options so that a business case can be created to move the procurement forwards. To inform the business case, we are reaching out with this Request for Information [RFI] to the market to carry out a full review of a Generic Victims Service Provision. If the business case is approved, a compliant procurement route will be taken at the point of purchase.
