The successful Supplier will ensure that all relevant consents and certification required by legislation, guidance or Good Industry Practice are obtained and maintained. In addition to the following: * Clearly identify any legislation, or relevant standards that are required to be met or achieved throughout the contract including British (BS) or European (ISO, EN & DIN) standards and national government standards or their equivalents (e.g. Building Regulations). * Vendors must have adequate insurance coverage, including professional liability and workers' compensation, to cover any potential risks associated with the works.
