Description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) is inviting organisations, with relevant experience, to submit bids for the delivery of (i) Stop Smoking Services to both adults and young people; and (ii) Young People's Tobacco Harm Reduction Service. The adult service will support individuals to stop smoking, and to learn skills and strategies that prevent relapse. The young people's, tobacco harm reduction service will support children and young people to stop smoking and learn skills and strategies to prevent relapse, through referral into the service. Service delivery will commence on 2nd July 2018, through a contract that will be awarded for a period of 21-months (to 31 March 2020) with up to a further 3-years of contract extensions possible. The tender process selected for this contract is an Open Process, meaning that suppliers will submit Supplier Questionnaires to assess their competence and capability to deliver the contract.
