Description
This framework arrangement is for the Supply of Assistive Technology Equipment for Daily Living and covers the requirements of above named Council's for goods being delivered either directly to a central warehouse for each Council or other Council facilities or to private households in Leeds, Calderdale, Bradford or Wakefield, in quantities as specified on the official orders. This framework will consist of three lots: Lot 1 - Supply of equipment for Daily Living for Adults Lot 2 - Supply of equipment for Daily Living for Children & Families Lot 3 - Special equipment and Bespoke items Suppliers applying for Lots 1 and 2 will automatically be accepted onto Lot 3 - Special equipment and Bespoke items. Suppliers can apply to be appointed onto the framework for one or both Lots. The Council is looking to appoint a maximum of 5 suppliers for each product item in Lots 1 & 2 and as many suppliers as possible to Lot 3 following the successful completion of the Conditions of Participation vetting process. The Council's must be able to contact the supplier regarding any query or for technical advice, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays, at no additional cost.
