Description
Magenta Living is seeking Tenders for their Grounds Maintenance Services under the EU Restricted Procedure. With approximately 12,400 properties, Magenta Living (WPH) is the largest Registered Provider of affordable housing in Wirral. The assets owned and managed by Magenta Living (ML) includes properties for residential use, buildings for a variety of purposes and substantial areas of land. For the purposes of this tendering exercise the definition of Magenta's land or grounds includes open space, open plan gardens, gardens and other areas associated with enclosed sheltered and supported housing schemes, low rise and high rise flats shrubbed areas and residential gardens. The Services are to be divided into 3 Lots - details of the Lots can be found within the Procurement documents. Magenta Living wishes to enter into separate four (4) year Contract(s) - 1 for each Lot. Each Contract has an option to extend by up to a further 2 years plus a further 2 years at Magenta Living's discretion. The total duration of each Contract could be up to 8 years. The target commencement date for provision of the services is 2nd January 2018. Suppliers wishing to tender for these services must do so via the Magenta Living e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com/register.
