Communal Cleaning to Folkestone & Hythe District Social Housing 2019-22

Folkestone & Hythe District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier to provide cleaning services to its social housing blocks (47 general needs properties and 27 sheltered schemes). East Kent Housing Limited (EKH) will act as the Contract Administrator. The Contract is expected to start on 2nd July 2019 and will continue for 3 years with an option to extend by 1 year.
