Gloucestershire Independent Health and Social Care Advocacy service for Adults.

Gloucestershire County Council are tendering for an Independent Health and Social Care Advocacy service for Adults. This will cover: 1. Independent Care Act (2014) Advocacy including 2. Independent Advocacy for Adult Social Care Complaints (for those eligible for independent care act advocacy) 3. Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) 4. Independent Mental Health Advocacy 5. Independent Health Complaints Advocacy We expect potential contractors to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. We advise all interested contractors to read the entire ITT and all documents referenced or linked to within the ITT carefully, to inform themselves about the opportunity and whether they would be interested in submitting a response.
