SCOPE OF WORKS For the following electrical services, the Contractor shall provide for production of working drawings, supply, storage, delivery, off loading, installation, testing and setting to work. New split MCB/RCBO distribution board(s) New lighting and emergency lighting systems and associated wiring and containment New power systems and associated wiring & containment Earthing and bonding Removal of existing redundant electrical systems and wiring. Builders work to alter suspended ceilings due to replacement and removal of light fittings Builders work to provide new Riser Cupboards on each floor adjacent to Lift area in location shown on floor plans All working drawings, record drawings and Operating and Maintenance Instruction Manuals including log books
