Description
The Council would like to enter into a partnering arrangement via a concession contract with a supplier who could provide a service to those businesses within the Cumberland Council footprint that require separate food waste collections. The businesses that will be able to use this service will be those with more that 10 full time equivalent employees as per the Governments new simpler recycling legislation
