139-BK-24 Reactive Repairs and Maintenance

You are invited to tender for the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance. The work required under this contract is a comprehensive residential and commercial property reactive maintenance service covering all day-to-day routine, urgent and emergency reactive repairs and a scheduled repairs service to Breckland District Council's Property portfolio. The portfolio consists of, in the main, o Industrial units o Multi-tenanted office buildings o Operational office buildings o Land sites o Carparks o Open spaces and communal areas within estates o Hard surface areas o Residential properties - including some multi occupancy dwellings.
