Floor Covering Works Contract

Orwell Housing seeks to appoint a suitable contractor capable of carrying out flooring work to our void properties and planned works (eg whole scheme carpet replacement). Also, to communal areas and occupied properties as required. The term is for a period of 3 years with a potential 1 year extension. The contracted work will include the removal of existing flooring and installation of new floor covering, in line with our specification to various property types within the Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge and North Essex areas. The estimated value of the contract is in the region of £740,000.00.
