Description

The Authority is seeking tenders for a major refurbishment of Langley Fire Station, built in 1963, comprising: a) Refurbishment of Multi Use Room b) Erection of new stud partitioning walls to dormitories for form 5No individual bedrooms c) Refurbishment of new Kit Room d) Refurbishment/conversion of Male WC showers/bedroom area to create 4No individual WC & shower rooms e) Conversion of drying room to Non-Operational Laundry f) Conversion of BA store to Drying Room g) Refurbishment of new BA room h) Refurbishment of Operational Laundry i) Accessible front entrance j) Creation of lift space and installation k) Creation of storeroom l) Current office space to be refurbished m) Creation of large meeting space n) Creation of Open Office o) Creation of new accessible WC and shower area, with new drainage connections p) Conversion of existing WC/shower to Wellbeing Room q) Modifications to Fire escape stairs apply safety grip r) All associated alterations and additions to the building's electrical, mechanical and drainage services
