REBiz Interim and Summative Assessment - AWARD

The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is seeking an independent evaluator to undertake an impact evaluation and both an 'interim assessment' and a 'summative assessment' of the REBiz programme. The programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund for England. We are looking for the interim findings report to be completed by October 2021. This is a practical report with recommendations that will inform our future delivery in 2021-2022. A final evaluation looking at the impact of the programme and encompassing a summative assessment is required by our funders by the end of December 2022.
