Description

Nottingham City Council are seeking a suitably experienced Extra Care provider for Albany House - an Extra Care service based in the St Ann's area of Nottingham City. Albany House contains 71 units of accommodation in total. There are currently 12 citizens in receipt of care packages equating to 120 hours of care a week. For this contract Adult Social Care will have the option to nominate citizens into all new vacancies, with the intention to limit this to 50% of the total number of units. There will be an office space made available to the care provider by the landlord - Paragon Asra, at a monthly charge. The service is anticipated to commence at the beginning of November 2019. The contract will be in place for three years with potential to extend for a further three years. The contract value is currently estimated to be £98,727 pa (based on 12 citizens) with potential to increase to £290,106 pa (at 50% utilisation). This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Application documents can be downloaded from www.eastmidstenders.org.
