Description
Wychavon District Council, wishes to commission a Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for the restoration of passenger rail services, between Stratford-upon-Avon station to Worcester and Oxford via Honeybourne Junctions on the Worcester-Oxford, North Cotswold Line, including extensions of existing Birmingham services, south of Stratford to Long Marston/Honeybourne, as a heavy rail through route, as part of the national rail network. The SOBC is the first of three stages in business case development and focussing on the strategic case and the economic case. The deadline for the business case is June 2021.
