Description
Further competition under SEC framework Passenger and Mobility Lifts Framework lot 1 (OJEU 2019/S 201-488928) Passenger lift maintenance contract which will cover maintenance and repair of all passenger lifts in F&HDC's social housing portfolio. The contract will cover the maintenance of passenger lifts on a comprehensive basis with this including planned and preventative maintenance, a responsive call out service, emergency maintenance, repairs and component replacements. Additionally, certain elements of Supplementary Testing will be included within a fixed annual sum.
