Public Toilet Refurbishment Tender

Brackley Town Council are seeking tenders for the refurbishment of the public toilets in Brackley town centre by the main car park, NN13 7AB. General Terms All relevant approvals and all other legal requirements pertaining to the scope of supply and installation to be supplied by the tenderer with tender submission. This includes copies of all relevant insurance certificates and licences together with a certificate of Employers Liability. Please also supply a reference list of previous relevant work undertaken with your submission. Please confirm the warranty period of all equipment and installation works. Tenders will be evaluated on price and relevant experience. Guidelines for all areas The purpose of the refurbishment is to provide safe and secure modern toilets for all. This includes these public facilities being dementia and wheelchair friendly. The proposals should where possible also incorporate reasonable and practical measures that will help reduce the spread of any infection i.e. COVID, with contact free solutions for access, handwashing and drying, and toilet flushing. Our Aim To provide new improved public toilets in a key area in the town near to our market, that delivers a safer and more pleasant environment for all its users, and has the option to charge for use and automate control of opening hours.
