GB-Colchester: 0432 - General Building Works for Housing Stock

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission two contractors who will be required to undertake as part of this contract but is not limited to the following: •Structural repairs •HHSRS safety works •Concrete works to paths and hardstanding's •Surface upgrades to steps and stairs •Roof repairs/renewals •External decorations/finishes •Internal decorations/finishes •Carpentry •Brickwork repairs / repointing / replacement The Contractors should be aware that there is no minimum or maximum value of works instruction, and in most cases the instructions are likely to be less than £1,000 in value. The total contract value is to be circa £1,000,000 per annum, however as this is a calling off contract there shall be no guarantee of any amount of works.
