Description
EMH Group is a group of companies providing housing, care and related services. Property Management is undertaken by the Property Services team within EMH Homes. Properties include circa 19,000 domestic properties owned by EMH Homes, as well as a number of care properties owned by EMH Care & Support. The customer requires a contract for a supplier to undertake work in progress and post works audits where applicable on: • Works undertaken by the customer's in house maintenance team and third party contractors (around 30,000 activities per year), with the aim to audit between 5 and 10% of this activity. • Annual review of the systems and processes operated by the customer relating to these activities. • Provide written reports as to the findings of these audits, data analysis reports at regular review meetings. • Provide informed guidance on the regulation/legislation/best practice as required. • Conduct specific investigation's and formally report if required e.g. CMDDA1 investigation's or increased audits in the event of multiple/serious breaches of regulatory/legislative requirement.
