Supported Living Service MH&LD

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) requires a contract for the provision of supported Living Service for Ford Road. The service will support core services in offering specialist support for people who require intensive case management to function as independently as possible within their own accommodation. Typically, this patient group will have complex needs which traditionally would have been delivered in more secure settings (Residential settings, Locked Rehabilitation Wards, Low Secure Units).
