RBBC-JH Invitation to quote for Residents Magazine - AWARD

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council wishes to procure a 12 month contract for design, production and print of two issues of its residents’ magazine. The contract requires management of all elements of production of the magazine from an initial content briefing and receipt of the first content material to delivery of all printed copies of each issue of the magazine to the distributors including managing the print process.
