This procurement exercise is being conducted as a potential direct award under the YORbuild3 Medium (West) Framework, Lot 1 (over £4m - £10m). This award is for Stage 1, PCSA only. Total estimated value of the procurement includes both stage 1 and stage 2 of the project.
