The project involves the conversion of an existing attic space into an additional 4th bedroom within a 3-bedroom terraced property together with the creation of a stair access to the newly formed bedroom and the alteration of the roof to include a new dormer window to the rear window with associated electrical and mechanical works. It is anticipated that the contract will run for a period of 12 weeks.
