Expression of Interest for Spalding GP Surgery – Patient List Dispersal

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking expressions of interest from existing GP practices to take on the Spalding GP Surgery list, who must border or would reasonably expand their existing practice boundary to include the current boundary of the Spalding GP Surgery. The current contract with the existing provider, is at term on 30th September 2022, and an extension is not being considered. The incumbent provider will however continue to provide service until the expression of interest process has concluded and patients have been transferred. The ICB is therefore looking for providers to take on the registered list.
