Description

NHS England is inviting bids from experienced suppliers to deliver the One NHS Finance (ONF) programme, a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the NHS finance function across England. The ONF programme is designed to: • Improve staff retention, career progression, and workforce diversity. • Build capacity and capacity within NHS finance departments. • Promote excellence and innovation in finance management across the English NHS. The overarching goal of ONF is to ensure that all NHS finance staff have equitable access to the opportunities they need to grow their skills, thrive in their roles, and progress their careers. The successful supplier will host the ONF service, working in close collaboration with the Finance Leadership Council and a broad network of national and regional steering groups. The selected supplier is expected to commence work in early January 2026.
