Arts Council England has appointed a service provider to develop and implement a "consumer insight toolkit" that will provide national portfolio organisations and Arts Council England with insight into what audiences, participants, peers, artists and creative practitioners think about the work being produced by national portfolio organisations across the 2018-2022 investment period. This includes the provision of 2 key elements: i) provision of a digital platform, and ii) consultancy and support services.
