Provision of Insurance and related services to Wandle Housing Association

Wandle Housing Association will consider entering into Long term agreements with the bidder and/or the risk carriers proposed by the bidder, for 3 years and 6 months with the initial contract period running from 30th September 2024 to 31st March 2025 (6 months). All future renewals will be from 1st April 2025 on an annual basis (or 3 periods of insurance), with the option to extend the award period by up to 2 further years (or 2 periods of insurance). The further 2 year extension will be on a 1+1 basis (2 singular periods of insurance), subject to satisfactory service, performance and cost.
