Lift Servicing & Maintenance

Oxfordshire County Council delivers services throughout Oxfordshire through a wide range of buildings, e.g., Corporate, Fire stations, Libraries, etc. The buildings are managed by the Joint Property Team within the Commercial Development Assets and Investments team. This specification is to provide Lift Servicing and Maintenance service to Oxfordshire County Council, both passenger and service lifts. The service is to provide the service to the following as required by the council, as per costs and KPIs within this specification. The authority identified this need through the Fusion 21 Lift Framework Lot 1 - Servicing & Maintenance exercising the direct award procedure. This is owned and managed by Fusion21
