Refurbishment of Heating System at Win Pine House

Design and installation of the communal and domestic heat and hot water upgrade works to include metering to both Heating and hot water and all required heating and hot water controls. Upgrade works to the Boiler House and current hot water provision. Additionally for the upgrading of all communal lighting to LED/PIR (Passive Infrared Sensor) lighting, so that lighting would automatically be dimmed when areas are not in use and increase in brightness when movement is detected thus reducing energy costs.
