Dementia grant Pilot

To install, monitor and evaluate a variety of aids that will enable a client with memory loss to safely, maintain independence in their home with technological monitoring undertaken by a family member or nominated representative. Supplier must be able to install home environment monitoring, falls detection monitoring and provide an alert notification service as well as a support centre along with the installation of the equipment as one package. Be prepared to part of an evaluation of this pilot.
