PHE - Corporate - ICT - Unified Experience Management System (SaaS) via G-Cloud 12

Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social and Social Care (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have awarded Medallia Limited a 12 month Call-Off Contract with the option to extend a further two years year via G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement (RM1557.12). Medallia will provide a new reporting application that meets user needs and business needs for National Institute for Health Protection during the Covid-19 pandemic.
