Description
This contract will be to provide: ►A three-star gas service for a number of EMH (EMH Housing and Regeneration, and EMH Care and Support) properties ►A three-star gas service for all Rural Housing Association properties ►A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration’s In-house Maintenance Services (‘IMS’) outside of operational hours

The contract term will be from 1 April 2024 until 31 March 2028, with option to extend for a further four 12 month periods until a maximum of 31 March 2032. All extension periods shall be agreed in writing, no later than three months prior to the expiry of the contract.
