Condition Survey of St Mary's Heritage Centre Gateshead and boundary wall

A costed condition survey in the form of a quinquennial survey is required for St Mary's Heritage Centre in Gateshead. The last completed survey was undertaken in January 2016 by Gateshead Council Asset Management Team. Alongside a conservation acceridted architect the survey team will need to include a strcutural engineer to examine the boundary walls which are partly retaining.
