Self Harm Training Programme and Resource Development

To develop and deliver training and resources for frontline staff across a range of services in Leeds, specifically on self-harming behaviours. The aim of the training is to support the workforce to have a better understanding of self-harm and ensure they feel equipped to support people who self-harm, are able to have compassionate conversations and can signpost to relevant support.
